garlic knots
I can honestly say that I don't consume too much bread. In fact, I'm pretty sure I still have a few frozen loaves I purchased over 3 months ago sitting in my freezer, without a dent in them. But all that is about to change now that I've mastered this simple recipe for garlic knots. I made two batches of dough over the football/snow-drenched weekend and stored part of it in the freezer for future entertaining. Just when it looked like I was about to go on a carb binge, I decided it was best to take these addicting little breads over to my friends' football party this past weekend. So if you (and your guests) love garlic half as much as I do, I definitely recommend making these for the next party. I used this recipe, added a bit of parmesan at the end, and even used some excess dough to create mozzarella + salami stuffed poppers...but I'll leave that recipe for another day.
