THE GOH TO

In The Details

The particularly short winter days have me running about town in a bit of a frenzy, but luckily, outfitting hasn't been much of a problem with long tunics and black trousers in constant rotation, and skin-baring heels still an option to consider.  I love the little details of side slit details, lace-up leather, and cuffed pant legs that make a minimalistic combination far more interesting.  It's these little things that constantly have me coming back for more ensembles like this. We've been fairly lucky that winter hasn't yet come, but part of me wishes it would already.  The anticipation is killing me.  Regardless, there's not much stopping me these days.  I'm embracing the new and learning from the old, and in between the outfitting and meetings, I realize now more than ever that life without this, wouldn't be fun at all.  So I've been taking some bigger risks, making bolder choices, and altogether trying to reach new heights.

I was first introduced to the BarIII brand years ago, back when I was still living a double life between blogging and finance/tech, and hadn't yet discovered this path.  Fast forward five years and here I am, wearing the same brand but with a completely different twist on styling.  I like to believe maturity led me down this path of personal style discovery, but I also can't go without crediting the brand.

There's something to be said about a brand with a range of styles that can adapt to many personalities.  I personally love the options, especially since I tend to be rather indecisive when it comes to shopping for anything.  But more importantly, I love that the brand has simultaneously matured with my style since the inception of this blog.  The more streamlined basics have married themselves straight into my wardrobe without any hesitation, while the addition of some great accessories have made it easy to add unique detailing without over thinking the process.
