Hello from Hong Kong! I've been fairly busy so it almost feels like blogging has taken a backseat, well, it has for a quick minute as I've been getting situated here abroad and trying to get my body used to the time difference.

Lately, I've gravitated toward more girlish hues -- it seems to happen every time I leave New York -- and I love the variation of muted shades, especially in the form of anything oversized.  I wandered around Central with my sister on my second day in the city in a few of my favorite essentials which include this coat I picked up on my last day in L.A.  The cocoon has proven to be all kinds of perfect in this city where the winter feels like fall, and it will also be a perfect transitional coat for my return to New York just in time for the tail end of the winter wonderland.
