Haven’t quite ushered out the summer separates, but at the same time, not really ready to let go.  I’ve been pairing leftovers from the former months of September with some of my warmer Fall pieces.  Yes, I still wear white after Labor Day; and no, I don’t care.  I love how most of my summer wardrobe works seamlessly layered under bombers and denim jackets, so I’m going to stick to this look for as long as the weather holds. As far as footwear, I’ve been stuck on the sneaker game.  Honestly, not sure when the stilettos are coming back.  Hopefully soon.  I purchased these as an end of summer gift to myself since I’ve been loving the latest ready-to-wear collection from Prada, especially the accessories. Everything from the boxy hardware’d crossbody to anything of the velvet texture variety is a win at the moment.

I’ve been investing in more accessories to play around with high-low looks as of late, but this pair of sneakers is the ideal addition to my collection thus far.  The red is something I don’t own at the moment; and it works great dressed down with a pair of boyfriend denim for a more casual look, but really, you can’t go wrong wearing them with anything.
