Never Falling Flat

During yesterday’s morning commute, I was observing subway fashion – don’t worry, if I had it my way, I’d be riding tinted black Lincolns to work everyday.  Anyway, I noticed that most of the women in each car were wearing decent outfits but seemed to have paired them with some sort of humdrum flats.

Now, I’m all about looking professional, but I’m also a strong believer that dull ballet flats can sometimes be a drag.  Adding sky-high pumps may not be the ideal commuting shoe, but it’s worth adding a little spring in your step with a pair of flats that will give you a jumpstart along with that Venti.

So whether it’s a monochromatic color with a sleek + unique design like these Madewell flats, or a simple shape with a little attitude, try to add something fun to your flat collection!  Here's something for everyone's style....
