My affinity for shirts of the button down variety really began long before the third grade, when private school uniforms with pleated skirts still existed in my life. Fast forward to my adult life when this quickly became an obsession of sorts. The best cover up for food babies and the only item that can make you go from uptight to sexy in a matter of seconds with just a simple pop of a button.  My wardrobe is stocked with a variety of these shirts and like I've mentioned previously, I'm always on the hunt for more. The latest addition is this one -- an oversized buttondown that I decided to wear as a shirt, layer over a bright slip, and pair these mules.  Casual, dressed up, you can't really go wrong any way you decide to wear this piece.
