It's special pieces like this that really make my wardrobe come to life.  Admittedly, I've been wearing this dress over the course of the past week -- and no, I haven't gotten sick of it.  The ease of throwing this on under a wool trench and pair of booties -- or in this case, a pair of platform loafers -- dramatically simplifies my morning routine.  Did I mention, I've also been particularly lazy with my get-ready process these days?  So anything that adds a bit more of a statement without overcompensating for my lack of trying is a bonus. Regardless, I'm all about a good statement piece that's also timeless.  I can wear this not only as an everyday look and easily manipulate it into a variation of scenarios depending on the accessories that accompany it.  For now, it's something I'll throw on everyday and perhaps throw into the combination of holiday ensembles I've been assembling.
