For me, it's all about balance when transitioning the closet - like taking winter favorites like black skinnies and leather booties, and injecting bright pops.  Stripes always add a certain amount of prep and polish to an outfit, but neon elevates the otherwise conventional pattern dramatically and can last long through spring and summer.
