Postcards From Hong Kong
Through all the bright lights and crowded foot traffic, Hong Kong is an enigma to me, and I intend to keep it that way. Though I've been here many times in the past, every visit has brought a different experience. This time, I spent my time visiting with family, attending a few meetings for upcoming projects, and exploring new corners of the city while making visits to old favorites.
There were afternoons spent shopping at boutiques like Buttonhole in SoHo where I found whimsical dresses, LoveIt where leaving empty-handed was not an option, and the overwhelming IFC building filled with every designer brand you could imagine. I indulged in local fare - eating at historical restaurants like Mak's Noodle shop in Central, and favorites like Dim Sum in Happy Valley.
