Rose Water Pancakes And Waffles

Tried adding a little rose water to the usual weekend carbohydrates to change things up.  I got a waffle maker over Christmas so I decided to take it on a test drive a few weekends ago when there was continuous downpour outside, and the I decided to play test kitchen.  The rose water gives the fluffy cakes and waffles an added fragrant scent, and are great paired with the sweet berry compote. --
