Once associated with bubblegum pop’s alluring beach bum bikinis, polka dots have officially made a come back!  From the catwalk at Marc Jacobs to Herrera’s continued love (refer to 70s/80s) for these little spots, it’s this Fall’s freshest look.  These little spots are absolutely versatile whether you’re trying to play off a sultry or girl next-door look, you can sport these spots night or day. So as I ventured out to hunt for the perfect polka dots to match the ones on my face, I stumbled upon this blouse at Zara.  I absolutely fell for the material – silk, of course.  This deep red blouse and the off-white contrasting polka dots is a perfect addition to my wardrobe.  I matched them with a pair of mint scalloped shorts and some simple accessories to really make the outfit pop.
