On the rare occasion you find me in a dress, it's normally of a shift variety like this.  The past weekend could not have been more perfect -- people came out of the wood works to embrace the first real spring weekend and I jumped at the opportunity to wear this little number to an event.  I've fully embraced the fringe trend, but I've gravitated toward pieces that are less seventies revival, but instead more like this.
