spaghetti strap
I've been chronicling my outfits for almost five years now, and the only constant through it all has been my ever-evolving personal style. I used to think that summer was defined by crop tops, short shorts, and a nice tan -- well, I guess it still can be. The California girl who once was has moved on. As I've grown older, I've found my wardrobe packed with far less while still providing me with everything that I actually need. And, I'm not saying that I've completely abandoned my former summer self... I guess, I've just become a bit more conservative. When you're drowning in the humidity, I've found that there's nothing quite as easy and seamless as slipping on something like this spaghetti strap dress. I may have traded in those more revealing bits for little white ethereal dresses and the minimalistic little black dresses, but that doesn't mean much else has changed. I'm still cavorting through SoHo, eating mint chocolate chip ice cream, laughing till my forehead vein shows itself, and people watching just like I used to experience my New York summers.
