I usually reserve rompers of this variety for beach weather, but considering New York has more recently resembled tropical climates, I think it's safe to say that I can easily put this cotton blend on the "wear now" rack.  The sleeveless long coat gives the outfit the streamlined appeal while still keeping that beachwear comfort that I long for all summer.  An everyday elevated beach look for the city.
