Got up close and personal with Tibi's latest collection earlier this week.  Always feel particularly refreshed when I see the brand's collection, that is primarily because Amy has perfected that girlish edge so well. Honestly, who else can pull of a popsicle hat other than a Tibi girl? This was one of the freshest collections I saw walk down the runways back in September, especially when the shoes made an appearance. Even though mules were the SS14 shoe, Tibi's version took things to the next level with the oversized jewels. The brand always strikes that perfect balance between girlish and edgy, and this season particularly, there were a few items that caught my eye. From the black and white linen dress with beaded detailing and striped moto vests, to some of the my favorite separates like crisp cotton tanks with oversized peplum detailing and beaded tops with sleeve cutouts. The showroom was a mecca of sartorial goodness, and that injection of refinement really did it for me.

So come spring 2014, I'll definitely be getting ready to get my hands on a few bits. I know, it's hard to imagine all that right now with the weather nearing the bitter cold, but it's something to look forward to!
