a few good things

Father's come in all forms -- whether they're your biological father (or a father figure),  generally, they don't ask for much.  They couldn't care less of designer brands, rarely spoil themselves, and wants most what's best for you.  And even when they get a day dedicated just to them, they rarely dwell in all the recognition of what they've done, but rather care most about what tomorrow brings.

With Father's Day on Sunday, here are just a few splurges that you can get the father (figure) in your life.

1.  Hommage Chicago shave set - if he's collector or knows how to use this well. 2.  French carafe and glass set paired with a nicely aged whiskey if he's the entertaining type 3.  Custom gold-stamped leather journal by Smythson if he likes to record it all. 4.  Nike Fuel band if he's physically active. 5.  A collection of short stories by F. Scott Fitzgerald if he loves to read before bed. 6.  Bone Dominoes if he collects or has a study to himself.

Other ideas to play with... -  Tickets to his favorite team for you to spend time together (even if you don't like sports) -  Something homemade that bares much more sentiment than anything purchased in a store. -  A new electronic gadget that will simplify things in his life. -  A pair of new shoes - athletic, dress, casual - whatever he will use most.
