Embellished Gems

If you follow me on Twitter, you'll know that I've been refusing to bring my chipmunk cheeks out to play all weekend, but with a very casual and relaxing weekend behind me, I thought it was time to come out from hiding and face the world regardless of how ridiculous I think I look.

After digging up this old favorite a few weeks back from paring my closet (and just in time for the holidays), this shirt and its fully embellished shoulders is the perfect thing to wear during a cold rainy day and pairs well with a few pops of bright colors. This outfit is everything I'm loving this fall - shiny detailing to add to an otherwise gloomy day, jewel toned essentials, and red lipstick that's deep enough to go with no make-up at all.

So even though the weather isn't ideal to start the week off with, I'm really looking forward to Thanksgiving in PA and this.
