I'm back to the usual grind here in HK before I depart for New Zealand next week.  Though I'm glad to have more structure to my days, I miss having a good lie-in and eating when I "feel like it".  I'm sure you all agree that holidays pass far too quickly, and sometimes one week just isn't enough time to soak in all the sights and sounds.
