Negroni Week

Celebrated Negroni Week over the weekend with an intimate gathering of friends and a plethora of food.  I love starting a meal off with a classic apéritif, and there are few better than a classic Negroni.  My boyfriend made me my very first Negroni a few years ago, and I've loved them ever since.  The bitter notes with the subtle hint of sweetness paired with the citrus are the perfect balance to whet your appetite. We started off this weekend gathering with Classic Negronis and this charcuterie board we built, making sure to introduce creamy textures for the Negroni to cut through packing in some of my favorite creamy cheese, an abundance of fresh organic  fruits,  savory nuts, and even some creamy tzatziki.  An epic start to the rest of the afternoon.

If you're looking for a bar to celebrate, make sure to check out their website and take part in this week's festivities!
