obtaining clarity
I've been staying at my parents' flat in Hong Kong for the past week after my trip to New Zealand got delayed, and since gotten into a daily routine that feels far too similar to that in New York. Sometimes when you're away from home for so long (in my case four weeks), the line between holiday and everyday can begin to blur.
It was rather refreshing when I took a long break yesterday to reevaluate my initial objectives of this trip. I sat on a park bench with my notebook, jotting down every thought that came to mind. Though everything looked slightly overwhelming on paper, I was able to define objectives and reorganize them to make them seemingly more achievable.
