real spaces

I've had real estate and design at the forefront of my mind ever since I visited my friend's house in LA over the weekend.  I couldn't help but imagine how amazing it would be to live in a space over 600 square feet.  Since Monday started off quite slowly, I spent some time enjoying my favorite pastime of browsing through real estate that I can't afford.  I found Jenna Lyon's Brooklyn townhouse (pic 4 & 5) and another brilliant piece of real estate property in upper Manhattan.  I realize that I continue to be a sucker for big open spaces and fine detailing - refer to ceilings, crown molding, and arch ways above.
