slit decision

Pencil skirts are the constantly-rotating-around-the-waist-while-you-walk separates that keep on giving. Feeling "sexy" is the last thing on my mind when it comes to getting dressed.  In fact, I'm most comfortable in loosely fitted separates and masculine cuts which I can add my girlish whimsy to, but every once in a while I'll spice things up with a piece that has just the right amount of appeal and the versatility to make it my own.

This leather pencil skirt, with its high slit and snug fit is one of those.  With a bit more of a casual twist (adding a denim jacket and graphic tee) to tone down all that Jolie-ing that my leg is attempting to do on its own, this skirt is just the essential for a day about town.
