chocolate heart truffles

I love any holiday that gives me an excuse to consume an inordinate amount of sweets, especially chocolates.  For Valentine's Day this year, I decided I would take an extra step by attempting to make homemade truffles.  I stuck with a recipe (found here - sans sea salt) that required very little effort, added some adorable edible hearts, and wrapped them up in little truffle boxes.  These rich truffles are the perfect sweet treat for close friends and family, even for all those non-believers.
