Every so often I get the urge to paint my apartment walls a different color, but then I see photos like these that remind me again of how much I love having white walls, and how colors can turn up in unexpected places. Whether it's injecting hints in different corners, combining bright furniture with graphic patterns, or layering a variety of white textures - there are so many ways to add character.
