Desert Daze

I've been back from my West Coast road trip for a little over two weeks now, and the nostalgia of endless summer vibes is just now starting to sink in. I'm often asked what I miss most about California, and this is it, right here.  Eternal sunshine and what ultimately translates into absolute bliss.  We spent the weekend tucked away in Palm Springs between Coachella and late nights, laying poolside, enjoying cocktails, good laughs, and most importantly, the one thing that New York is lacking at the moment -- sunshine.

I packed this variation of basic white tees and patterns for a more laid back luxe look.  Even though I tend to go back to my simple combinations of denim cutoffs and white cotton t-shirts from time to time, I'll also load my suitcase with pieces like this pair of textured woven fabric pants which can play to whatever persona I feel on a given summer or spring day.
