GG and Me

I've lost count of the number of cross-body bags in my closet, most of which are black.  So when I decided on a new fall investment piece, I decided to change things up with a pop of color.  There enter, GG — durable leather with just the right amount of hardware to balance any day or night look.  Paired with some of my current trans-seasonal staples including this silk buttondown and these super slouchy jeans.

Especially after NYFW and before I head out to Milan and Paris Fashion Week tomorrow, there's nothing more comfortable than this combination to get me through a busy day of errands and meetings.  Even though this is more effortless than I intend to look on a weekday, I don't mind it on a day where I'm playing up.  And if my plans change, I swap out my flats for heels and/or glasses in exchange for a heavier winged liner.

But for now, I'm enjoying my day off.
