red red wine

colorblock I never consciously embraced the color-blocking trend, something about it seemed far too contrived for me to feel comfortable in, but I always admired seeing all the beautiful colors married into outfits throughout some of my favorite streetstyle and personal style blogs.

Since I'm used to wearing so much black, it's not only natural but easy for me to combine it with a variation colors, and I've also deemed it as my form of color-blocking.  This oversized knit in the form of this deep red tone is just one of the key pieces in my wardrobe at the moment, and mixing it with a variation textures including leather help give it that much needed dimension that chunky knits can sometimes lack.
