For as long as I can remember, my mom has groomed me (any my siblings) on developing healthy lifestyle habits.  And even though I continue to practice what she preaches, I've also adopted my own ideas of what is and isn't healthy.  I'll admit that I've come a long way since my move to New York nearly six years ago -- especially from my college years of  lifestyle-discovery via late-night Taco Bell and the occasional boxed wine (yikes) -- and though I continue indulging myself from time to time in different ways, I've also learned that a healthy lifestyle is all about balance. I try to never deprive myself of anything I'm really craving -- even though I'm all about farm-to-table eating -- but instead simply make sure that I'm fully conscious of what I'm putting into my body.  I'm not a health guru or nutritionist, but I'm always learning and love sharing what I adopt, so when Refinery29 and Chobani teamed up to ask me a few questions about how I live my day-to-day, I couldn't have been more excited to share.
