Relaxed Ruffles

I've tried my best to rotate the pieces I brought along on this trip as much as possible.  With limited options and still a few days left, I'm glad I decided to pack the way I did -- a mix of relaxed basics, sophisticated separates, and a few key staples like leather jackets and jeans for any unpredictable climate changes. I've been marrying most of my basic white t-shirts into outfits like this one to maximize my wardrobe's potential, thus keeping most of my looks rather simple.  Even though I'm typically reluctant to include mid-length skirts like this into the mix, I've grown quite fond of said piece thanks to this particular one with its ruffled detailing and laidback fit.  Paired it with a white tee that I gave a quick tie and tuck to, and bared just a sliver of skin for last week's heat wave.
