Suit Up

Marrying separates to come up with this monochromatic suiting situation.  It's been awhile since I've stepped into such a buttoned-up look, considering the past six months have been a sequence of haphazard dress downs with a complete dependence on the denim and t-shirt combination.  I love throwing back looks like this in for a change, it takes me back to my days where the nine-to-five life was the only life, and were wide-legged pants reigned supreme as the separate of choice. The trick to the wide-legged look is really all about tailoring -- knowing where the waistband meets the hip, and where the hemlines meets the ground.  If you feel like they make your legs look shorter -- me, always -- then go for a pair that hugs your hips.  And as for length, this is all preference, but I'm all about the slight millimeter hover.
