Textured

I didn’t expect the Bay Area to be quite as cold as it was when we visited a few weeks ago, but thankfully ended up packing this coat, which I practically ended up hibernating in throughout my 10-day holiday food coma.   

This type of material always gives me comfort, acting like some sort of security blanket throughout the frigid months of January and February in New York. But for that in-between weather, this combination of mixed monochromatic textures is ideal.  Half-tucked into my favorite pair of denim (seriously, these are a must buy) with the over-sized teddy thrown over, this look will be categorized under my weather-approps “everyday” section.
